Mission
We are looking for a skilled L2/L3 System Administrator (Windows Server and Virtualization) to join our dynamic IT team. This role focuses on managing hosting, infrastructure services, and providing technical support at both Level 2 or Level 3. Experience with Citrix is a plus—if you don’t have it yet, we’ll provide the training!
Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 or Level 3 support for IT hosting and infrastructure services.
• Manage relationships with hosting partners, ensuring service delivery and documentation.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
• Oversee hosting processes, incident management, and infrastructure changes.
• Participate in hosting projects and service patch management.
• Maintain and create infrastructure documentation.
• Ensure that monitoring systems (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana) meet organizational requirements.
• Support Citrix environments (if applicable, training will be provided).

Profile

• Experience in IT infrastructure management and hosting services.
• Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring platforms (Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, etc.).
• L2/L3 support experience in IT services.
• Ability to manage infrastructure changes and work with hosting providers.
• Knowledge of VMware, Citrix, and Netscaler tools (Citrix experience is a plus, but not mandatory—training provided).
• Project management skills and familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Fluent in English.
