• Analyze the organization's data estate and design scalable data solutions, including data pipelines and quality management
• Communicate the rationale behind proposed solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT architects, engineers, and internal clients to ensure designs meet user needs
• Deliver projects in an Agile manner, providing value from data early and frequently
• Monitor and optimize data workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance
• Conduct data quality assessments and implement improvement strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in data engineering practices
• Develop documentation for data solutions, including architecture diagrams and user guides

• Degree in computer science or a related field
• Several years of experience in data product design and maintenance
• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques
• Experience with various data architecture approaches (Data Lake, Data Mesh, Data Warehouse, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with relational and No SQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud solutions for large and heterogeneous data volumes
• Programming skills in languages like C# or Python
• Knowledge of information security and data governance
