• Handle 2nd and 3rd level support, addressing tickets and resolving complex system issues
• Take charge of the MS SQL Server environment, ensuring smooth performance, high availability, and adherence to security protocols
• Maintain and refine the SQL Always-On Cluster and Windows servers, continuously optimizing for stability and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to address infrastructure requests and assist with troubleshooting.
• Contribute your expertise to internal IT projects, particularly focusing on MS SQL Server, Windows Server, and automation processes
• Streamline repetitive tasks and service requests by developing automation solutions
• Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential problems within the SQL and Windows environments
• Create and maintain clear documentation of technical processes and configurations to support team collaboration

• At least three years of relevant professional experience
• A methodical and accurate approach to work, with a strong attention to detail
• A proactive mindset, demonstrating independence and a willingness to introduce improvements
• In-depth expertise in managing MS SQL and Windows server infrastructures
• Experience in managing virtual environments and a good understanding of VMware
• Strong Power Shell scripting skills to automate various administrative tasks
• Solid technical foundation in IT, supporting strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• German language skills are a plus
