We are a proud producer of RMC – a premium compact marble manufactured in Portugal since 1980. We are based in Oliveira do Bairro and export our products to more than 30 countries worldwide.
We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager (M/F) to join our team of marble enthusiasts.
Main tasks:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns;
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive positioning;
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across all marketing materials and channels;
- Create marketing materials, like brochures, flyers, presentations and promotional items;
- Manage the company’s online presence – including social media, website and email marketing;
- Analyze web traffic and other online metrics to improve the digital marketing performance;
- Plan and execute company events, trade shows and other promotional activities;
- Participate in the creation of the marketing budget, insuring cost-effective allocation of resources;
- University degree in Marketing or related field;
- Previous experience in Marketing manager (pref.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English;
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g.: Google Analytics, social media management tools);
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities;
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
