We are looking for an English speaking Customer Communications Expert for our growing Customer Communications Team in Lisbon. If you speak English on a native or fluent level and you are passionate about customer communication, then we look forward to your application.

Please note that this is a night-shift role.

Your Responsibilities:

• You are the main person of contact for our English speaking customers
• You will be part of a global customer care team
• You answer requests via phone, email, chat and social media and initiate outbound calls to engage our loyal customers
• You help to build-up our proactive customer care environment in Lisbon
• You take over your own projects and are responsible for planning, execution and reporting.

Requirements

• You are passionate about food
• You are a strong communicator
• You speak English at a native or fluent level
• You have a strong drive to help customers and to make them happy
• You have good writing skills
• You are hands-on, and have attention to detail
• You have a strong desire to learn and are not afraid to instantly apply new knowledge
• You have a valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship, Portuguese NIF and NISS, and are currently residing in Portugal.

We are currently recruiting a Night Shift Customer Care Expert, which means your usual working hours would be between 22.00-07.00 (the time may be changed according to the needs of the Company) - there is a payment increment for working those hours. Weekends would also be expected, on a rotational basis.

However, please note that in case of capacity requirements, you might be called to cover shifts in any 24H period.
