Borg Warner Power Drive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as Receiving and Shipping Clerck at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal.

Key responsibilities

Receives and/or ships material or product for the plant.
Checks against purchase orders and distributes.
Prepares all paperwork for shipping orders and arranges for shipment.
Schedule of freight forwarders and parcel service.
Enters applicable data into appropriate systems for tracking.
Maintains logistics / distribution database.
Comply with safety, quality, productivity, hygiene and environmental prevention standards
Comply with the organization's rules and internal regulations: Code of Ethics, Practice and Schedule
Respect workplace safety and cleanliness rules
Respect and comply with environmental policy rules
Perform other tasks not included in the activity for which he was hired, when the needs or convenience of the service justify it, for the period necessary for the said needs or conveniences of service

Education & Experience

Bachelor Degree or Technical Course in related discipline or equivalent (preferred)
Minimum 2-5 years experience in logistics related field

Fluent in English?
