As a Shipping Specialist, what are you going to do?
- Planning the logistics interface with Requirements of Project Deliverables;
- Sales order execution and preparation of all transport documentation (for national and international transport);
- Request for quotations and award of transport services;
- Billing Controls of Logistics Outsourcing and Transport operations;
- Basic notions of Customs, International Trade, Letters of Credits and international Standards of Transport Operations;
- Execution of the expedition map (daily and weekly);
- Ensure compliance with safety standards established for the area.
- Degree in Engineering or Management;
- 2 to 5 years of experience;
- Acknowledge of incoterms - legislation;
- Proactivity;
- Autonomy;
- Analytical thinking;
- Team-work;
- Good level of English;
- Working under pressure;
- Time Management.
