Role Overview:
Neotalent is looking for a RPA Developer to join an international group - a leading provider of professional services in hyperautomation worldwide. This German-founded company has a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients and specialises in AI-powered automation technologies with the aim of boosting and enhancing its clients' performance gains.
You will be joining the technical teams on a full-remote basis based in Portugal.
What you will do:

• Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
• Deploy RPA components including bots, infrastructure and development tools.
• Work closely with other team members to analyze business processes and propose software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes.
• Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenarios.

What you are like:

• Proficiency in RPA tools such as Ui Path, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• At least 2 years of experience in RPA development.
• Strong understanding of workflow-based logic.
• Experience with AI and machine learning integration in RPA solutions (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with process analysis, design, and implementation.
• Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
