Job Description
The main responsibilities are:
- Set up, configure, and manage operating systems and applications for end users.
- Monitor and support users’ IT infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve system infrastructure issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; certifications and professional experience are highly valued.
- Proven experience in configuring and managing operating systems (Windows, Linux) and software applications.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and system monitoring tools.
- Willingness to provide 24×7 services and travel within Portugal.
- Good command of English.
- Essential qualities: versatility, flexibility, proactivity, and dynamism.
- Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships.
- Enthusiasm for learning and tackling new challenges.
- A sense of responsibility and precision, with strong analytical, planning, organisational, and time management skills.
- Preference given to candidates available immediately.
