We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to help the General Manager in directing daily business operations. The AGM should be experienced in a supervisory role, and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. He must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the General Manager.
A top candidate for this position must have strong leadership with the ability to motivate and positively support team members and with strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Cooperating with the General Manager and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
• Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
• Providing supervision in operational, financial, procurement, marketing, and employee-related issues.
• To strategically maximize sales and profitability, control expenses, meet budgetary constraints, handle guest complaints, and ensure sanitation, safety and food quality.
• Plan and supervise marketing and promotional activities to attract more customers and to increase sales.
• Coordinate sourcing and tasting of new products and menus.
• Ensuring that all office workflows are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

• Arabic (Male)
• Age limit: not more than 35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Food and Beverage industry
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• An ability to work under pressure, can identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.
