Fresh QA is a leader in fresh food production, supplying fresh juices, cut fruits, ice creams, baked goods, and salads to leading supermarkets across Qatar. We are dedicated to quality, freshness, and exceptional customer service, and we're looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager will support the overall operations, working closely with the team to ensure smooth production, inventory management, and distribution. The ideal candidate must have a background in food and beverage operations, along with a valid driving license, as they may occasionally be required to travel for operational needs or client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Support: Assist in managing daily operations of food production and distribution, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Oversee stock levels, order supplies as needed, and monitor inventory to reduce waste and optimize costs.
• Team Supervision: Support team members in their daily tasks, provide training as required, and ensure efficient teamwork and productivity.
• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for all products, ensuring they meet Fresh QA’s quality and safety guidelines.
• Customer Relationship Management: Work with clients and customers to ensure satisfaction, manage any issues, and promote the brand’s reputation.
• Logistics: Coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries and manage any logistical issues.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in food and beverage operations (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Valid Qatar driving license
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in food handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food Science, or a related field
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Basic knowledge of business operations and customer service

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
