We are a leading chocolate and pastry shop committed to delivering top-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a capable and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to support our operations and help streamline our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise staff, conduct training, and maintain a high level of team performance.
- Manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure adequate stock levels of ingredients and packaging materials.
- Implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, manage complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor sales, prepare reports, and analyze key performance metrics.
- Coordinate with suppliers and occasionally handle deliveries as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations or management role, preferably in a chocolate, pastry, or bakery setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- A valid driving license is required.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) is mandatory.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
