- Establish business by identifying and maintaining relationships with clients
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
- To generate sales leads for skilled and unskilled manpower through existing and potential clients and send queries
- Make cold calls, prepare proposals, estimate business volume, negotiate, and co-ordinate Operations/HR Department to kick start the process
- Researching and analyzing sales options
- Experience with Qatar clients is essential and potential clients pipeline an advantage.
Experiences and Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferable.
• Must have a strong client relations and negotiation skills
• Experience in the industry of Manpower Recruitment is must
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and Power Point
