We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a valid bike license to join our team as an Automotive Electrician Trainee. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive electrical field while receiving on-the-job training. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for learning, a strong work ethic, and a desire to build a career in automotive electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Development: Participate in structured training to learn the fundamentals of automotive electrical systems, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Assist in diagnosing electrical faults, replacing components, and maintaining vehicle electrical systems, including charging, and starting systems.
- Installation of Electrical Components: Support the installation of aftermarket electrical components such as alarms, audio systems, custom wiring, vehicle accessories
- Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their vehicle electrical issues and help in providing solutions.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on repairs and services.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and work in compliance with industry standards.
- Required:
- A valid motorcycle (BIKE) license.
- Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge is a plus
- Strong interest in automotive systems and electronics.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Age below 35
- Preferred:
- Previous experience in Electrical (automotive).
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and components.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle physical work and stand for long periods.
- Training: On-the-job training with experienced automotive electricians, including both theoretical and practical sessions.
