We are looking Business Analyst for Qatar.

· The candidate team must have at least 10 years of experience in business analysis and delivery of large-scale IT projects & digital transformation initiatives, specifically in large government entities and major companies, with examples proving the candidate’s work.
· The team must have experience in analyzing the interdependent workflows of modern IT department and sections within enterprise & government entities, with emphasis on documenting workflows both in writing and visually, using professional tools like Microsoft Visio and Mind mapping software.
· The team must have the ability, experience, and high efficiency in documenting business requirements and extracting professional, ready-to-use documents for developers and/or external vendors in the form of BRDs, FSDs, Test Cases and UAT Agendas.
· Organizing and managing Discovery Workshops with key stakeholders within IT department to understand and document business requirements and consulting on new modern technological features by conducting extensive research into modern trends and successful use cases both internationally and regionally, with objective of creating a roadmap for potential high visibility, high-benefit IT projects for long-term strategizing.
· Studying existing systems to not only suggest feature enhancements on functional level, but also consider UX/UI impact and be able to provide Functional Requirements Sketches & Wireframes, Non-functional Requirements Documents that can guide design trajectory to increase system user satisfaction and be able to present to various team stakeholders in a simplified and accurate manner.
· Experience in AI and RPA and its modern mechanisms will be expected, especially in delivering projects related to chatbots will be considered an additional advantage and using such experience when conducting process re-engineering and enhancement analyses
· Experienced software architect background is preferred, with knowledge about Software Architecture Best Practices, experience in Cloud Architecture, including the ability to design detailed Software Architecture Diagrams that represent the orchestration between disparate systems (whether cloud or onpremises or hybrid), this may include API Management documentation and establishing Business Rules & Quality Attributes guidelines.
· Candidates must have high experience in Data Management in its various forms, such as Data Modeling, Data Cataloging, Normalization, Cleansing and other areas, to provide a holistic view of data-infrastructure and ensure that all processes have established & proper foundational data integrity.
· Candidate must be highly proficient in conducting ad hoc research on various topics which may be required, to acquire use cases or best practice approaches or even software features that may help technology growth. Frequent presentations may be requested to showcase such research and present to mid and high management whenever requested..
