Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, projects, and partnerships.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads, prepare proposals, and present to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, construction, and project management teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services and expand the client base.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and market trends for senior management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the architectural, engineering, or construction industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the architectural and construction markets in Qatar and the GCC region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
