As a Sales and Service Engineer, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base in Qatar, focusing on the sales, installation, and servicing of hygiene and cleaning chemical systems, including chemical dispensers. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and sales acumen. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, assembling and fitting chemical dispensers, offering on-site technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hygiene and cleaning chemical sector in Qatar.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across multiple industries, including healthcare, hospitality, and food & beverage.
• Provide technical consultations to customers on the best chemical solutions for their specific needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase the benefits of our products.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's market share in Qatar.
• Installation & Technical Support:
• Assemble, install, and fit chemical dispensers for clients, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
• Provide hands-on training for customers on the operation and maintenance of chemical dispensing systems.
• Offer ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting any technical issues with dispensers or cleaning products.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on dispensers and other chemical application equipment.
• Service & After-Sales Support:
• Provide technical support and advice on the safe and efficient use of hygiene and cleaning chemicals.
• Conduct site visits and ensure the proper application and integration of chemical systems.
• Resolve any customer concerns related to product performance or dispenser functionality.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure that service standards are consistently met.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting:
• Monitor trends in the hygiene and cleaning chemical market, including competitor activity and customer needs.
• Provide feedback to management on potential new products, market opportunities, and customer demands.
• Prepare sales reports, service logs, and customer feedback for management review.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, service activities, and installations.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (or equivalent experience in the cleaning chemicals industry).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, service engineering, or a related field, particularly in hygiene and cleaning chemicals.
• Hands-on experience in assembling, installing, and maintaining chemical dispensers or similar systems is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of sales success, preferably in the hygiene, sanitation, or industrial cleaning sectors.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong technical knowledge of hygiene and cleaning chemicals, dispensers, and related systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Additional Requirements:
• Knowledge of the Qatari market and local industry standards.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for site visits and installations.
