Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our team on a 4-month full-time contract. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in civil construction and be skilled in managing site activities. This position involves working 10 hours per day across multiple sites in Al Mansoura, Thumama, and Wakra.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations at the construction site.
• Coordinate with site engineers and workers to ensure project timelines are met.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Inspect work progress, materials, and construction quality against established standards.
• Allocate duties to site workers and monitor their performance and productivity.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and tools.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the construction site.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• 4 to 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar role.
• Should have valid Qatar light vehicle driving license.
• Proven experience in managing construction sites and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and MS Office Suite.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with a 10-hour workday.
• This role involves working across multiple locations: Al Mansoura, Thumama, and Wakra.
• Fixed-term contract of 4 months.
