Job Title: Civil Supervisor
Location: Birkath, Qatar
Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing civil construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in civil engineering, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities-

• Project Oversight: Supervise daily operations on-site, coordinating with subcontractors, laborers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work being performed, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of civil workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to project goals.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, work completed, and any issues encountered. Prepare reports for management as needed.
• Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to minimize risks.
• Resource Management: Assist in the planning and allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to optimize productivity.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential challenges or delays and proactively develop solutions to keep the project on track.
