Our client is a leading provider of engineering and construction services in the oil and gas industry. With a commitment to safety, quality, and innovation, they deliver reliable solutions for complex projects. We are currently seeking a Civil Supervisor to join this team for an upcoming shutdown project.
Job Overview:
As a Civil Supervisor for our shutdown project, you will be responsible for overseeing civil works during maintenance and turnaround activities. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating on-site teams, and managing resources effectively to minimize downtime and maintain project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil construction activities during shutdown, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and lead on-site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor project progress and report any issues, delays, or safety concerns to project management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering plans and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, labor hours, and materials used.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all team members comply with safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years' experience in similar role in oil and gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• PTW Certificate Required
• Secondment letter required.
• Passport Copy
