Primary purpose of job
Accountable to administer company secretary compliance and corporate compliance in respect of Qatar Energy and its
managed subsidiaries; and to administer trademarks and domain names, to assist Qatar Energy to achieve its aims in a
lawful, effective, ethical and accountable manner.
Experience & Skills
o Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a legal/corporate/regulatory environment.
o Fluent in English both written and spoken.
o Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with members of the Legal Department, as well as other stakeholders.
o Digital literacy. Advanced expertise and skills in word and data/information processing including MS Office software
applications.
o Highly motivated, proactive, organized, and self-disciplined.

Education
o University degree at a recognized university in a relevant field (Law Degree not mandatory)
