Role Overview:
We are hiring a skilled Construction Cost Controller to oversee budgeting and expenses for our construction project.
Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage project budgets and cost forecasts

• Track project expenses and control cost overruns

• Work with the team and suppliers to optimize costs

• Prepare cost control reports for management

• Negotiate with suppliers for better rates

• Ensure compliance with financial standards and local regulations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in finance, construction management, or similar

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control within the construction field

• Skilled in cost management software (e.g., Cost X, Bluebeam, or SAP) and Excel

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Knowledge of Qatar construction regulations is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction Cost Controller: 5 years (Required)
