We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with quality and safety standards. This role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and extensive knowledge of the construction industry, particularly in infrastructure and large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Plan, schedule, and oversee construction activities from inception to completion.
• Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and workers.
• Assign tasks and ensure accountability among team members.
• Quality and Safety Assurance:
• Enforce compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
• Budgeting and Reporting:
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders through detailed reports.
• Problem-Solving:
• Address construction issues or delays proactively.
• Implement solutions to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar construction regulations and local market conditions.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is an advantage.
