We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor responsible for handling client payments, managing subcontractor invoices, and conducting quantity take-offs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost control, change management, and contract management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage client payments.
• Oversee subcontractor invoices and quantity take-offs.
• Implement cost control and change management procedures.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• At least 3 years of recent experience working in Qatar.
• Experience with Qatar Energy projects is preferred.
• Special Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of contract management and cost control.
• Valid Qatari driver’s license.
