Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and overheads for projects.
• Monitor project budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon financial constraints.
• Review and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
• Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Prepare detailed reports on project costs, budget variances, and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
