Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure/Road Projects)
Location: Wakara , Qatar
Job Type: Temporary
Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates for infrastructure and road projects.
• Review and interpret construction contract documents, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate project costing.
• Conduct measurements and valuations for works completed.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and maintaining project budgets.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience in infrastructure and road projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in Qatar.
• Skills: Proficient in software typically used in quantity surveying.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform complex estimating activities in the engineering and construction industry.
