Location: Wakara , Qatar
Job Type: Temporary
Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage cost estimates for infrastructure and road projects.
- Review and interpret construction contract documents, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate project costing.
- Conduct measurements and valuations for works completed.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and maintaining project budgets.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience in infrastructure and road projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in Qatar.
- Skills: Proficient in software typically used in quantity surveying.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform complex estimating activities in the engineering and construction industry.
