E-Commerce Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee more than 10 Magento, Shopify and Woo Commerce websites (design, integrations and

software development)

• Oversee 4 mobile apps (design, integrations and software development)
• Devise strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments

to encourage sales in our online store. This includes UX,UI and CX

• Create frameworks that transform our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook and snapchat)

into highly profitable platforms.

• Direct the activities of Software Developers, Copywriters, and Graphic Designers to ensure careful

adherence to predetermined strategies.

• Review the security of checkout pages and payment gateways.
• Create monthly marketing & promotional offers. Checking to see that these are uploaded precisely

and prices match retail stores.

• Review content, copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
• Analyze traffic to inform management on the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Examine sales-related metrics to inform restocks, new-orders, ageing stock and liquidation

strategies.

• Report on the utility of existing and novel strategies.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate University Degree in Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, or

similar.

• Postgraduate Master’s degree is a plus.
• Preferred Google Ads, Google Search, Google Display and Google Ads Video Certifications
• Facebook ads certification is a plus.
• Completion of a pertinent Sales qualification is preferred.
• Extensive experience as an E-Commerce Manager (5-8 years).
• Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
• Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
• Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
• Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
