Electrical Supervisor

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for supervising electrical installations, repair, and maintenance activities. This role ensures compliance with electrical codes and standards, manages electrical personnel, and coordinates projects to achieve operational goals efficiently and safely.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical installations, including wiring systems, circuit boards, and electrical panels, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specifications.
- Inspect work sites and completed projects to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local codes.
- Ensure proper installation and operation of electrical systems, including circuit breakers, transformers, and control panels.
- Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical codes to ensure accurate and efficient execution of electrical work.
- Provide expert guidance and support on complex electrical issues, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical wirings and boards.
- Work in hand to lead, mentor, and supervise a team of electricians, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to company standards and electrical codes.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and offer training and development opportunities for staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their electrical needs and provide professional recommendations and solutions.
- Prepare and review project estimates, proposals, and invoices, providing clear and accurate information to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including job logs, inventory, and equipment usage.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, team performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Manage inventory and order supplies and equipment as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Proven experience as an electrician, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is a plus.
- Qatar Driving License is a must.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Electrical Supervisory: 4 years (Required)
- Do you have Qatar driving license (Required)
