Job Summary:
The HVAC Supervisor (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection of HVAC systems. You will lead a team of HVAC technicians, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure that all HVAC systems are functioning optimally and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
• Inspect work sites and completed projects to ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ensure proper installation and operation of HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning systems, ventilation systems, and associated components.
• Review blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans to ensure accurate and efficient execution of HVAC work.
• Provide expert guidance and support on complex HVAC issues, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Work in hand to lead, mentor, and supervise a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and offer training and development opportunities for team members.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide professional recommendations and solutions.
• Prepare and review project estimates, proposals, and invoices, providing clear and accurate information to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including job logs, inventory, and equipment usage.
• Prepare and submit reports on project progress, team performance, and other relevant metrics.
• Manage inventory and order supplies and equipment as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance procedures, and relevant codes and regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to effectively train and motivate staff.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an associate degree in HVAC technology or a related field is a plus.
• Qatar Driving License is a must.
