Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrician Supervisor to oversee our team of electricians. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of electricians, ensuring compliance with electrical codes, and providing technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement work schedules for the electrical staff.
• Provide motivation and assistance to team members as needed.
• Inspect and assess the work done by the electrical staff to ensure quality and compliance.
• Read and interpret design schematics for proper installation of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
• Repair and maintain electrical equipment.
• Oversee the purchasing and maintenance of electrical equipment on-site.
• Ensure all work is completed on schedule and adheres to safety codes.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Consult with builders, architects, and other workers on-site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Proven 5 years work experience as an electrical supervisor.
• Having UPDA is a plus
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with KAHRAMAA electrical and safety codes.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
