Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at Solmacher (Cost Management Department) in Doha, Qatar. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks including cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting related to construction projects.
Qualifications
Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Qualifications
- Take off Qty and BOQ preparation
- BOQ Packages Segregation
- Preparing Cost Budget Structure
- Work Experience in Tender Department is a plus.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (Cost X, Planswift, Blue Beam, Autocad)
- Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Relevant 1-5 years experience in construction projects preferred
Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
