Job Summary: Entrega is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Secretary with a background in accounting, administration, and human resources (HR). The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, manage daily schedules, and assist with financial and HR-related tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
• Prepare and review financial reports, handle basic accounting tasks.
• Provide administrative support to the team and maintain organized records and documentation.
• Assist the HR department with essential processes such as recruitment and employee file management.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and excellent time management.
• Background in accounting, with experience in basic financial reporting.
• Knowledge of administrative and HR functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
