We are looking for a dynamic team leader personality with a passion for driving sales and empowering teams to join us at Entrega Management and Trading as a Sales Team Leader!
Customer Engagement:
· Identify potential customers and initiate contact to schedule appointments.
· Conduct sales visits to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
· Communicate with customers to confirm daily appointments and ensure follow-up.
Sales Management:
· Work collaboratively with team members to achieve both individual and team sales targets.
· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and target reports to management.
Leadership and Guidance:
· Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve sales targets.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between management and the sales team.
· Monitor team performance, attendance, and punctuality on behalf of management.
Inventory and Requests:
· Manage item requests from the store on behalf of the entire sales team, ensuring timely availability of products.
Collections and Receivables:
· Engage with customers regarding collection of receivable balances.
· Address any customer concerns related to sales and ensure they are documented and escalated appropriately.
Performance Monitoring:
· Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
· Implement strategies to enhance team productivity and morale.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
Proficient in reporting and performance monitoring.
Must be available in Qatar
