Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Male Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the latest hair trends and styles, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to provide a luxurious experience for clients. You will be responsible for cutting, styling, and grooming men's hair while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences.
• Perform precision haircuts, styling, trimming, and grooming services, including beard and mustache trimming.
• Stay updated with current men's hairstyle trends and techniques.
• Recommend hair care products and provide tips for maintaining the client’s look.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace and tools.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel welcomed and valued.
• Upsell salon products and additional services where appropriate.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Male Hair Stylist or Barber.
• In-depth knowledge of modern hair styling techniques, including fades, classic cuts, and contemporary looks.
• Strong understanding of grooming products and hair types.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end salon environment.
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends.
• A relevant certification in hairstyling or barbering (preferred).
• Knowledge of Arabic and English (preferred but not required).
