Hardware Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardware Technician to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware systems across our facilities. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
· Install, maintain, and repair hardware systems, including computers, networking equipment, and peripherals.
· Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
· Perform routine hardware inspections and preventive maintenance.
· Assist with hardware upgrades and deployments as required.
· Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of hardware systems.
· Maintain accurate documentation of hardware configurations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
· Provide technical support to end-users and ensure timely resolution of hardware problems.
· Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and best practices
Qualifications:
· Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Proven 3 to 5 experience as a Hardware Technician or in a similar role.
· Must have experience for electrical tasks, such as repairing motherboards and recovering data from hardware
· Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking equipment, and peripheral devices.
· Ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware issues effectively.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
· Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and software applications.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
