Tender Officer- Arabic

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Officer with native Arabic language proficiency to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the tendering process, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage tender documents, proposals, and bids in Arabic.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Analyze tender requirements and ensure submissions meet all criteria.
- Monitor and track tender opportunities and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members in Arabic.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of tender documents.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all tender activities.
- Native proficiency in Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of tender processes and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
