We are seeking an experienced Purchaser to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, particularly within the heavy equipment, plant, and machinery industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchases. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Qatar driving license and be well-versed in procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and market trends.

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet the company’s requirements for quality, price, and delivery.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including order placement, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best terms and conditions
- Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate performance
- Use the company vehicle for local procurement trips and supplier visits as necessary.
- Proven 3 to 5 years’ experience in procurement within the heavy equipment or related industries
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management
- Based in Qatar with a valid QID and available to join immediately.
