Hydraulic Mechanic for Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Mechanic (Heavy Equipment's) to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and modifying hydraulic systems and pneumatic controls. This role involves working on various equipment, including pumps, motors, valves, winches, pistons, and cylinders, as well as overhauling hydraulic pumps for cranes and excavators.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, repair, and modify hydraulic systems and pneumatic controls for heavy equipment.
  • Overhaul hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, and other components for cranes, excavators, and related machinery.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of hydraulic systems.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of all repairs, modifications, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hydraulic system repair and maintenance, particularly with cranes and excavators.
  • Strong knowledge of pneumatic controls and their application in industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
