The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Qatar labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month

Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to workplace policies and procedures.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide support for employee grievances.
- Assist in implementing performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Support managers in performance appraisal processes and follow up on action plans.
- Ensure adherence to Qatar Labor Law and company policies, including matters related to employment contracts, working hours, leave entitlements, and end-of-service benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in Qatar labor regulations and ensure the company's practices are compliant.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, end-of-service benefits, and annual leave.
- Prepare and process documentation for employee visas and work permits in accordance with Qatar's legal requirements.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and update employee data.
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Qatar's wage protection system.
- Coordinate and support training initiatives and workshops.
- Identify training needs and assist in developing training materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within Qatar or the Gulf region.
- Strong understanding of Qatar Labor Law and HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
