• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant.
• Coordinate with the service staff to ensure timely seating.
• Maintain a clean and organized host area.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of guests.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
