• Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and local labor laws
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• The candidate should be active and proactive in handling HR responsibilities
• This is an entry-level position, ideal for those looking to start their HR career in the oil and gas industry

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment and hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Design and manage onboarding and orientation programs that set new hires up for success
• Be the go-to person for employee relations, performance management, and HR support
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry standards, and internal policies
• Play a critical role in developing and implementing HR policies that enhance our culture
