Human Resource Specialist
We are looking for a female HR Specialist as well as PA to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions.
Major Role:
· Preparing compensation and benefits packages
· Setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records.
· Have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of Qatar Regulation
· Handle tasks related to the processing of employees’ visas and government related documents and ensures compliance with immigration and other relevant regulations.
· Coordinating with agencies in terms of international recruitment.
· Maintains a passport & visa file system in the office.
· Ensures compliance with regulations relevant to Government Relations Transactions
· Provides guidance to other departments to ensure that employees have the necessary documents.
· Ensures employee files contain required employment paperwork, related to visas or licenses.
Required Skills/Abilities:

• With Arabic and English Speaking Skills
• With at least 4-5 years’ experience in HR Functions
• Expertise in handling personal assistant to CEO works
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR, contract negotiations and Qatar Government Affairs
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

With Transferable Visa or NOC

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
