HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
We are looking for a highly experienced HR Manager with a strong background in construction or facilities management to join our team and help shape the future of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the HR function across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent, especially in the construction and facilities sectors.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, providing guidance and resolution of issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to create and maintain a positive, safe, and productive workplace culture.
• Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
• Develop and oversee compensation and benefits programs that are competitive within the industry.
• Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health standards specific to the construction and facilities management sectors.
• Manage training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills, especially those related to project management, safety, and construction technologies.
• Oversee HR reporting, including headcount, turnover, and workforce trends to support business decisions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for labor relations and negotiate with unions, if applicable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
• At least 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a management role within the construction or facilities management industry.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, safety regulations, and labor relations within construction or facilities management.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR policies and programs.
• Experience with recruitment and talent management for skilled labor and technical roles in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Locally available (Residing in Qatar with valid QID)
