Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Technician Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and resolving any technical issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement updates as necessary.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Holder of valid QID
• With transferable visa/ NOC
• Holder of valid Qatar driver's license is a must.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
