Joinery Painting Supervisor
Job Overview

• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee the daily operations of painting projects, ensuring adherence to schedule and quality standards.
• Develop and implement painting techniques tailored to joinery projects, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and durability of finishes.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations on finishes and colors.
• Manage a team of painters and joiners, providing training and mentorship to elevate skill levels and productivity
• Prepare detailed project estimates, including labor, materials, and timelines, to maintain budgetary control.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and project progress for reporting and analysis

Skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in painting, with a focus on joinery work

Certification

• Certifications in safety and painting techniques are highly desirable

Budget:Qr.4000-Qr.5000/- + FAT & Statutory benefits as per Qatar Labour Law
