We are seeking a talented and experienced Cost Estimator with a focus on joinery to join our dynamic team. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can design aesthetically pleasing and functional interior spaces while also accurately estimating costs for joinery projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cost Estimation and a comprehensive understanding of joinery materials, construction techniques, and cost estimation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery projects, including materials, labor, and overhead.
- Review and analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine the scope of work and estimate costs accurately.
- Prepare and submit bid proposals, ensuring that all cost components are covered.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and manage procurement processes.
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost updates and forecasts to management and clients.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and suggest value engineering options.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Cost Estimation into Joinery: 5 years (Preferred)
- Doha (Preferred)
