Logistics :-
- Coordinate the shipment of spare parts and trading products from suppliers to the company and from the company to customers.
- Ensure shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Select and manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to optimize transportation costs and service levels.
- Monitor carrier performance and address any issues related to delivery delays, damages, or service failures.
- Develop and implement logistics plans to optimize the flow of goods and minimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export requirements.
- Prepare and manage documentation for customs clearance, including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping manifests.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and logistics activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to forecast demand and plan inventory needs.
- Optimize warehouse operations and layout to maximize efficiency.
- Utilize inventory management software and ERP systems to manage inventory data.
- High level of accuracy in managing inventory records and data.
Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
