Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to boost product sales and brand awareness.
• Social Media Marketing: Utilize platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Twitter to engage audiences, create compelling content, and manage ad campaigns.
• Content Creation: Design and oversee the production of engaging marketing materials, including videos, graphics, and blog posts.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness and maximize ROI.
• SEO and SEM: Optimize web content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns.
• Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and engagement through personalized marketing and promotions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with a strong emphasis on retail and social media.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools, SEO, SEM, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
• Creativity: Strong creative skills to design engaging marketing materials and campaigns.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
• English and Arabic fluency in reading and writing.
• Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
