The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the school’s marketing strategy, focusing on multi-channel marketing campaigns, digital marketing and CRM. This role requires expertise in digital strategy, analytics, and managing digital/CRM accounts. The Marketing Manager will analyse trends and provide insights to the team.
As the brand custodian, the Marketing Manager ensures all external communications align with the school’s voice and brand. Key responsibilities include promoting the school’s achievements and collaborating with the Admissions team and senior leadership on branding, digital marketing, and project management.
Additionally, the role involves implementing customer retention programs during key transition periods.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support the school’s objectives.
• Lead the creation and implementation of the school’s strategic marketing plan.
• Design and oversee production of marketing materials (print and digital) such as brochures, flyers, and media guides.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to enhance marketing efforts and track digital campaigns.
• Lead social media marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee digital governance, user experience (UX), and content management for the website and digital platforms.
• Utilise SEO and SEM tools to drive digital marketing initiatives.
• Ensure the school’s website, promotional materials, and campaign strategies are updated regularly.
• Collaborate with the Admissions department to attract and retain students.
• Manage marketing projects including photography and print media, working directly with vendors to procure promotional materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in international schools.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising, website design, and CMS.
• Experience with vendor management and digital marketing tools (email, social, SEO, SEM).
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and ICT tools.
• Familiarity with international education and Qatar’s local and expat communities.

Competency Requirements:

• Fluent in English ( Arabic is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines.

This role requires flexibility to work irregular hours and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
