About Leaders Training Centre:
Leaders Training Centre, a renowned educational provider in Qatar, is dedicated to delivering exceptional training and development for students. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic instructor to join our team, specializing in Business Studies, Accounting, Economics, and Mathematics. This role goes beyond traditional teaching; we are looking for a professional eager to contribute to every aspect of our educational value chain. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver High-Quality Instruction: Provide in-depth and interactive lessons in Business Studies, Accounting, Economics, and Mathematics that adhere to curriculum standards, with a focus on engaging students and enhancing their understanding.
• Create an Inclusive Learning Environment: Build a motivating and supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes active participation and effective learning.
• Adapt Teaching Methods: Tailor instructional techniques to address diverse learning styles, simplifying complex concepts to make them accessible and relatable for all students.
• Provide Student Guidance and Support: Offer individual and group support, mentoring students toward academic success, and encouraging growth and confidence.
• Contribute to Broader Educational Initiatives: Play a key role in curriculum development, student engagement activities, and continuous improvement efforts to elevate our training programs.
• Exhibit Flexibility and Initiative: Approach challenges with a “can-do” attitude, demonstrating a willingness to step outside your comfort zone to adapt to evolving needs and contribute meaningfully to team objectives.
• Track and Report Student Progress: Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and progression, regularly assessing and communicating students' achievements and areas for development.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline (required).
• Teaching Experience: Demonstrated experience in instructing one or more of the listed subjects with a strong ability to clarify and simplify complex concepts.
• Communication and Attitude: Excellent communication skills, a proactive and positive attitude, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Commitment to Professional Growth: Willingness to take on new challenges, continuously improve instructional techniques, and contribute actively to team efforts.
• Location Flexibility: Preparedness to relocate to Qatar and work onsite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Certifications: Teaching credentials or relevant qualifications in one or more subjects are highly advantageous.
• Curriculum Development Experience: Familiarity with creating, updating, or refining curriculum content and instructional materials.
• Cross-Cultural Communication: Ability to effectively engage with a diverse student population and adapt teaching approaches to suit an international audience.
